Summary Pharmacy Tech IIPRN-First Shift BHCOR-Pharmacy I Corbin, KY The Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services to patients across the continuum of care. Services include, but are not limited to verification of medication orders, drug distribution, sterile product preparation, hazardous drug preparation and a meds to beds program for inpatients. Pharmacy technician II is a certified pharmacy technician position who supports pharmacy services by assembling and participating in the distribution of medications. A pharmacy technician II will need certification by a nationally recognized certification board. This position will assist the department's professional staff, under direct supervision, in numerous aspects of ordering, receiving, storage, distribution, and monitoring medication use. Requirements: * Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (KY hospitals), within 30 days of hire date if you are a new registrant. If previously registered, you must have registration upon hire.
