About the Role We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a top-tier client in the fleet management industry. This is not a typical call center role-our clients expect a high level of service, and we deliver. You'll be part of a dynamic account team, handling everything from driver inquiries to internal stakeholder communication. If you're resourceful, professional, and thrive on problem-solving, this is the role for you. What You'll Do * Serve as the primary support for account managers and fleet drivers. * Handle high-volume emails and cases with accuracy and professionalism. * Assist with vehicle ordering, billing changes, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates. * Resolve unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles) and educate drivers on future services. * Make outbound follow-up calls and ensure all data is accurately documented in the system. * Utilize internal systems and tools such as Excel (including VLOOKUP) and Salesforce. * Multi-task efficiently while entering customer information in real time. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of office-based customer service experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Professional demeanor for video meetings (via TEAMS). * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). * Ability to type 40 WPM and pass an Excel test (basic pivot tables). * High school diploma required. * Experience with Salesforce preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
