Location: Virgin, Utah - approximately 2 hours from Las Vegas Contract: 6-month contract (potential for extension or conversion to full-time) Pay Rate: Up to $19/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM MST Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations at the Hurricane Mesa Test Facility. This onsite role is critical for digitizing historical records, managing visitor access, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working independently, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project. Key Responsibilities * Organize and maintain site files, including regulatory and test documentation * Digitize historical records currently stored in physical form * Manage visitor access and screening for test activities * Assist with traffic control, orientations, and observation coordination on test days * Order supplies, coordinate special events, and support community relations * Help create and maintain procedures (SWIs) * Provide general administrative support and assist with weekly status meetings Qualifications * Education: High School Diploma or GED * Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Basic Windows operating system knowledge * * Preferred Experience: * Records management or clerical experience * Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work independently Why Apply? * Work onsite at a unique aerospace test facility * Opportunity for contract extension or full-time conversion * Be part of a project preserving critical historical data Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Virgin, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
