What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact: Handle inbound calls, assist with mobile and online banking, and perform routine financial transactions. * Solve and support: Triage complex inquiries to specialized teams while ensuring members feel heard and supported. * Grow your skills: Build expertise in communication, digital tools, and financial products. * Drive impact: Meet performance goals in service quality, efficiency, and product recommendations. * Collaborate and learn: Work closely with teammates and leaders to continuously improve and innovate. What You Bring: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar). * Strong communication skills-empathetic, professional, and clear. * Tech-savvy mindset with comfort in Windows and Microsoft Office. * A growth mindset and openness to feedback. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
