**MUST BE LOCAL TO COLUMBUS, OH TO BE CONSIDERED** We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. This role is key to fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Remove obstacles and enable smooth workflows across cross-functional teams. * Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices. * Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and align priorities with business objectives. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Agile adoption. * Track team performance and Agile maturity to optimize delivery cycles. * Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. * Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. * Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead Agile transformations. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
