Job Objective: As the Business Services Director you will provide direction and support to the Finance, Membership, Business Systems Analyst functions, and is responsible for related business aspects of the St. Joseph County Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. The Business Services Director is a key position on the Kroc Executive team and requires candidate to be clearly aligned with the mission of The Salvation Army, in a manner such that they can ensure that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out. Starting pay: $68000 to $76000 What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: * BA degree in Business or Public Administration or related field, and experience directing operations and business functions in complex organizations. Equivalent combinations of education and experience which, at the sole discretion of The Salvation Army, provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform in this role, will be considered Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Progressive experience in developing and administering facility budgets. Experience managing and directing a staff of varied functions. Equivalent combinations of education and experience which, at the sole discretion of The Salvation Army, provide the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform in this role, will be considered Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm and CPR training within the first 30 days of employment.
