Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with GTM business goals and drive performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, and development programs to strengthen capability and engagement.
  • Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle management.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees and leaders to address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver effective HR solutions and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP level preferred) and partnering with sales or go-to-market teams.
  • Must be able to go into the office 2-3 days per week.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic HRBP support, coaching, organizational development, and change management.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
