Job Title: Mortgage Loan Closer Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Old Town) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Join a Fast-Paced Team Closing Deals Nationwide We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to join our dynamic, startup-style team in Old Town Scottsdale. What You'll Do: As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you'll be responsible for managing and finalizing a variety of mortgage transactions across multiple states, including: * Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and second mortgage closings * Ensuring compliance with TRID, federal/state regulations, and company policies * Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet closing deadlines * Handling sensitive documentation with professionalism and integrity What You Bring: * 3-5 years of mortgage closing experience (required) * Strong working knowledge of Encompass and Microsoft Office * Deep understanding of TRID and mortgage regulations * Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills * Excellent communication and time management abilities * High school diploma or GED Why You'll Love It Here: * Brand-new office in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale * Startup energy with a strong, competitive culture * Supportive, outgoing team environment * Standard weekday schedule-no weekends! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
