About the Role We're seeking an entry-level Facilities Technician to join a dynamic corporate environment in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming workspace by performing hands-on maintenance and repair tasks. You'll work closely with workplace experience teams and property management to ensure smooth operations. What You'll Do * Assemble furniture, patch and paint walls, and perform minor repairs. * Respond to urgent maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues independently. * Conduct routine inspections to keep spaces tidy and functional. * Support office moves, space reconfigurations, and occasional event setups. What We're Looking For * Experience: 2-3+ years in physical maintenance or handyman tasks. * Skills: Assembly, painting, ticket resolution system * Traits: Independent, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
