- We're looking for a proactive, curious, and results-driven Temporary Digital Marketing / Paid Media Manager to support Client's Health digital efforts across paid media platforms.
- This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising who's excited to dive into campaign management, A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization. You'll help manage and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display, pulling insights to guide performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Search, and Google Display Network.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to improve performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with attention to key KPIs.
- Analyze data and pivot strategies as needed to meet goals.
- Organize performance data into digestible insights and build basic reports that tell a clear story.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, marketing) to share performance insights and suggest optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with paid media trends and platform updates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email and internal tools.
Skills:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to run and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Reddit Ads Manager
- Comfortable with A/B testing strategies and performance-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to pivot and organize data to uncover insights.
- Effective communicator - both written and verbal - with solid email etiquette.
- Naturally proactive and eager to learn; not afraid to ask questions or try new approaches.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
Experience Required:
- Experience building basic performance reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, etc.).
- Exposure to creative testing or content performance tracking.
