This role requires a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who can build a high-performing team and identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive growth. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in scaling procurement operations within dynamic environments, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a keen sense for driving efficiency, cost savings, and quality outcomes. This role will work collaboratively with senior leaders across Design, Business Development, Pursuits, Preconstruction, Operations, and Information & Technology to ensure that procurement strategies deliver maximum value to the company, directly supporting Suffolk's long-term objectives. The EVP of Procurement will have national oversight of the materials procurement program and be responsible for achieving key performance indicators such as annual financial targets, operational excellence metrics, and the strategic expansion of the program's capabilities and scope.
