Schedule: Full-time; some evening, weekend, and on-call support may be required



Who We Are Looking For



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Protective Intelligence Analyst to support a Fortune 500 financial technology client's protective intelligence program. Based onsite in Plano, Texas, the analyst will focus on identifying, assessing, and communicating threats-both targeted and indiscriminate-against executives, personnel, and assets. The Protective Intelligence Analyst will operate on a flexible schedule in order to deliver real-time executive travel support. This role combines investigative analysis, social media monitoring, open-source research, and collaboration with executive protection and security teams to produce actionable intelligence in support of enterprise risk mitigation.


The analyst will be embedded with the client's security organization and work directly with Crisis24's executive protection personnel, the client's global security team, and other stakeholders.



What You Will Work On




  • Lead day-to-day activities that support the client's protective intelligence program
  • Identify and assess threats to executives and personnel through OSINT, social media monitoring, investigative platforms, and security intelligence tools
  • Conduct executive vulnerability assessments, person-of-interest (POI) investigations, threat assessments, and social media exposure reviews
  • Produce clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products-including BOLOs, alerts, briefings, and tailored reports-delivered on a scheduled cadence or by request
  • Monitor and analyze global events that may impact the client's personnel, facilities, operations, or brand
  • Provide location-based intelligence reporting for executive travel, events, or high-profile activities
  • Collaborate with executive protection teams, client stakeholders, and internal analysts to inform risk management and operational decision-making
  • Triage intelligence requests and ensure timely delivery of accurate, relevant information
  • Support the development and refinement of protective intelligence workflows, SOPs, tools, and platforms
  • Maintain metrics, documentation, and quality control of all deliverables
  • Liaise regularly with client personnel to understand evolving priorities, threats, and intelligence requirements
  • Mentor junior analysts and support the development of team capabilities
  • Leverage the broader Crisis24 Intelligence Team to enhance analytic depth and efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the client engagement



What You Will Bring



Education



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred



Experience



  • 3-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, protective intelligence, or executive protection
  • Prior executive protection experience required



Skills & Competencies



  • Proficiency with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, social media monitoring platforms, and security intelligence systems (e.g., Dataminr, Ontic, Everbridge)
  • Experience producing intelligence products related to executive risk, POIs, or targeted threats
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief clearly and write with minimal editorial oversight
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills, with an understanding of behavioral and threat indicators
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Google Earth, SharePoint, or Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage across varying professional levels
  • Foreign language proficiency and international experience preferred



Additional Requirements



  • Must be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas
  • Flexible to work outside normal hours during incidents or executive travel
  • Must pass a background check and any required client screening processes
