Acentra Health is looking for a Provider Member Liaison to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Provider & Member Liaison Coordinator plays a vital role within the Utilization Management contract, serving as the central connection between Acentra Health, healthcare providers, and members. In this role, you will help ensure smooth communication, compliance with key submission policies, and timely resolution of provider and member inquiries.

Please note that this is a part-time position. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of service delivery, the satisfaction of our members and partners. Responsibilities

  • Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance for new and existing providers.
  • Maintain regular communication with providers and members through various mediums.
  • Create and Update Providers and Member's Manuals and User Guides.
  • Create educational training content for members.
  • Provide technical assistance when requested or identified to enrolled providers.
  • Develop and conduct provider training sessions as contracted.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and/or Clinical Manager to organize stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage provider email boxes.
  • Assist in evaluating provider quality trends and developing tutorials to educate providers.
  • Perform ongoing training to providers on how to submit requests utilizing the company's ANG system.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
  • The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a Human Service/Education field or discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with utilization management.
  • Experience or Educator with customer service required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in reviewing and analyzing documentation against established standards.
  • Possess knowledge of training or workplace learning methodologies.
  • Be adept at navigating computer applications across multiple screens.
  • Exhibit the ability to maintain confidentiality standards and ensure HIPAA compliance when assessing relevant issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Efficient time management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is $26.00 - $29.00 per hour.

"Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level."
