Senior Club Server

SUMMARY

The primary duty of the Senior Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving and processing orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome patrons as they arrive.
2. Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.
3. Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
4. Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
5. As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
7. Perform beginning and ending inventory.
8. Monitor equipment to ensure functionality and report any issues to management.
9. Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
