Summary
Join the compassionate team at Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, where RNs and LPNs deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care that enhances the quality of life for every resident. You'll collaborate closely with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure each resident receives individualized attention in accordance with their care plan and Windemere's clinical standards. Essential Functions Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care according to individualized needs and care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, in accordance with physician orders and facility policy. Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to ensure consistent care quality. Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, promptly reporting concerns to the physician or nurse manager. Participate in resident care conferences and interdisciplinary rounds to promote effective communication. Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality practices per facility and regulatory standards. Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance. Uphold resident rights, privacy, and dignity in all interactions.
