Summary: The Director of National Accounts will lead relationships and discussions with GPO/Health System/IDN key decision makers in post-surgical pain management, focused on deploying tactics which are customized to resolve the customer's unmet needs. The Director will align internal teams and function as a liaison for external stakeholders, to create opportunities for growth as it relates to strategic initiatives for the value proposition of Pacira's products. The role will be responsible for all aspects of customer contracts, including strategy, execution, and management. Director, National Accounts will serve as the relationship owner for GPOS, Health Systems/IDNs, ASC Chains. External relationships include but are not limited to executives and Health System Leaders, GPO partners, and Pharmacy leaders. Key internal relationships: Executive Team, Marketing, Sales, Operations/Trade, Finance, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $171,200 to $210,400 annually.
The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
