Overview

How you can make a difference

The Director, Product Owners is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Product Owners in order to deliver exceptional value across our reimbursement account (FSA, HRA, LSA) product portfolio. This leader will champion a culture of continuous improvement, drive process engineering initiatives, and ensure our product management practices meet the highest standards of efficiency and innovation.

What you'll be doing

    Mentor, inspire, and manage a team of Product Owners, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Align product strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that Product Owners translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Oversee the execution of core Product Owner duties, including;
  • Defining and prioritizing product backlogs based on input from product managers, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitating effective communication between business, technology, and design teams
  • Ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and deliverable
  • Managing product releases and setting expectations for delivery timelines
  • Measuring product performance and driving improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Cultivate a culture of ongoing process refinement, encouraging experimentation, learning from outcomes, and implementing best practices to optimize product delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product teams. Present regular updates to senior leadership and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success leading Product Owners in an agile environment
  • Expertise in process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Salary Range

$144000.00 To $185,000.00 / year
