Title: Content Analyst

Location: Monroe, MI

DRiV, Inc. is looking for a strong automotive content professional to execute product and application content and e-data strategy for North America. The Content Analyst is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution and completion of critical application and product data and catalog demands while aligning with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role will take ownership of all aspects of application and product data maintenance, OEM vehicle and part research, strategic projects and industry initiatives. The Content Analyst will also be required to maintain competency in the Automotive Aftermarket industry and customer data standards.

Core Functions:



  • Utilize automotive and aftermarket knowledge to optimize application data maintenance and delivery
  • Analyze OEM vehicle and part research data
  • Update database(s) with application and product content change requests
  • Assure maintenance of consistent corporate format for all catalog data sets
  • Meet catalog and e-data project timelines
  • Adhere to distribution schedules for application and product content in conjunction with established timelines
  • Execute the development, audit and delivery of data files to key customers and e-catalog receivers
  • Maintain expertise in automotive content best practices, industry standards and customer specific formats
  • Document and maintain list of requirements for delivering content data in industry standard and customer specific formats
  • Build and maintain working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Support internal and external customer initiatives/projects as required



Required Skills:



  • Working knowledge of automotive content best practices and standards preferred
  • Working knowledge of vehicle components and systems
  • Strong relationship building, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills at all levels of organization, both verbal and written
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Ability to absorb, organize and analyze large amounts of information and able to extract key data
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Aftermarket is preferred, particularly around parts, catalog or data management
  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meeting multiple project deadlines is required
  • Ability to travel <5%



Required Experience:



  • Previous experience in content or data management preferred
  • Two-year degree (Associate Degree) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a plus
