 As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-faceted projects that support business process improvements and strategic initiatives across the Faculty Practice Group and broader UCLA Health system. Reporting to the Manager of the Program & Project Management Office, you'll collaborate with executive leaders, operational teams, and clinical partners to implement best practices, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results. You'll oversee projects from initiation through completion-managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables-while ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and smooth change management. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and analytical skills will directly contribute to advancing UCLA Health's mission of delivering world-class patient care and innovation. Key Responsibilities 
  Lead and manage complex projects and programs across departments to drive operational efficiency and organizational improvementOversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of key outcomesDevelop and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and performance metricsFacilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse teams, ensuring transparency and alignmentApply change management methodologies to support adoption and sustainability of new processes and initiativesMentor project management team members and promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellenceLeads regular team meetings, establishing clear goals and objectives, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and strategic prioritiesMentors project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards Salary Range: $95,400 - $208,300/Annually Qualifications
 
 Required: 
  Minimum 8 years of healthcare administrative and/or project management experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)Advanced knowledge of project management principles, theories, and conceptsDemonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to determine relevance and prioritize tasksDemonstrated advanced organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated advanced communication skills. Effective verbal communication and writing skills. Advanced knowledge of all aspects of communicationsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization including senior leadershipDemonstrated competency in selecting and implementing project management methods and techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each projectProven leadership ability.
