KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Office Experience to join our Administrative and Office Experience organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform first level of people management of junior employees in an office and/or remote location; actively engage in the performance management process for direct reports by initiating goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis in conjunction with local and/or regional AOE leadership
  • Help to ensure team members develop their skills through the leading, coaching, training, effective delegation of tasks, and guidance in executing work team goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute operational support requirements to include resource planning, performing, and implementing service levels contributing to the goals impacting the specific area(s) of functional responsibility, which may include operational expense control and procurement strategies and sources
  • Engage with colleagues and establish professional presence through internal networking, both within and outside of OE; respond to customer needs, produce deliverables and meet timelines, contribute to the innovative development of new programs, policies, and procedures; lead in the development and implementation of local office initiatives such as space planning, living green, crisis management
  • Oversee the status, quality readiness of work products/projects and inform appropriate decision makers; participate in and contribute to local, area and national initiatives
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities at the direction of the designated Office Experience leader
  • Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent operations, facilities, or other relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Minimum one year of demonstrated people management and leadership experience; inclusive, approachable and team oriented, building, leading and mentoring teams in a positive environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or three years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Solid trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • Expected to work in a KPMG office five days per week and capable of lifting up to thirty pounds
