If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the team with a growth mindset, integrity, and effective collaboration skills. Successful candidates will have technical program management experience in:Working with engineers and applied scientists on generative AI and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP)Leading complex or large-scale projects with cross-functional and geo-distributed teamsSetting program strategy, roadmaps, delivery time and methodManaging delivery, execution, and release processesSolving technical and architectural issues, key dependencies and requirementsCollaborating with stakeholders across organizations and rolesDiving into products to understand and address issues and deliver outcomesMicrosoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesTechnical thought leadership: Collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategies and plans for addressing complex technical topics.Voice of the customer: Defines user centric objectives and key results, guiding the technical investment with business goals and customer needs.Cross organizational alignment: Works with immediate team, stakeholders, and teams across organizations, roles, and geographies to align on shared goals.Backlog, dependencies, and requirements: Collaborates with product management and engineering, maintaining prioritized backlog and driving accountability of cross team dependencies and requirements.Roadmap and delivery: Drives overall program and project roadmap, schedule, release, and adjustments.Embody our culture and values. | |
