Responsibilities Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for critical components of DocumentDB engine ( storage, index ,query and gateway).Oversee partnership with stakeholders (e.g., project manager, cross-function leaders) to determine user requirements within and across teams for multiple product lines.Shape and drive the technical roadmap for DocumentDB (both OSS and Azure Managed Service) ensuring performance, availability and scalability of both offerings.Mentor senior engineers and build a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within teams.Provide technical and team leadership in efforts to collect, classify, and analyze complex livesite data and analyses on a range of metrics (e.g., health of the system).Embody our culture and values | |
