ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain code for Windows servicing components and update orchestration services. Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet reliability, security, and performance goals. Implement automated testing and telemetry to ensure quality and diagnose issues at scale. Investigate and resolve complex technical problems impacting billions of devices. Contribute to operational excellence by supporting live service operations and improving monitoring and observability. Apply modern engineering practices, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), to accelerate delivery.
