The Software Engineer Sr Consultant I/II is a hands-on, full-stack developer responsible for the design, development, and delivery of features within our AI-enabled digital products. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will implement the strategic vision and architecture for our Generative AI and cloud-native solutions. Your primary focus will be translating user stories and high-level designs into robust, tested, and scalable code across the full stack-from the React frontend to the Python/Java backend microservices and the Azure AI integration layer. You will contribute directly to the successful operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our applications in a fast-paced, agile environment.
