| SUMMARY  Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Engineer that will provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft personsWork with Project Manager for fee payments or recurring permit expensesDevelop and maintain: Material Tracking List, Project Test and Inspection Listing, Concrete Placement Log, Non-Conformance Report Manage, create, and distribute contract documentsEstablish handling procedures for electronic documents, including Request for Information (RFI) and correspondenceIncorporate all processes and procedures that support the project closeout phaseManage all aspects of testing and inspection processes for the construction quality management programManage submittalsDevelop and distribute RFIs and Change OrdersResponsible for the mentoring, management, and timely performance evaluation of field engineersOther duties as assigned, including:Determine alternative work methods as needed Coordinate safety and compliance for all team memberMaintain schedule of timelines and follow through until completion QUALIFICATIONS 
 Minimum of two years related construction experienceDetail orientation sufficient to organize and effectively manage multiple tasksPossess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesStrong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven positive and professional attitude and customer service skillsCurrent driver's license A few benefits offered include:

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%) Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
