Director of Procurement

• Location: Denver, CO (Support Center Hybrid)
• Department: Supply Chain
• Base Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000 annually
• Bonus: 20% annual incentive target
• Long-Term Incentive (LTI): $30,000 annually
  Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

The Opportunity

• We're looking for a Director of Procurement to lead the sourcing and purchasing strategy that powers our brands every day. You'll oversee all aspects of procurement-from supplier partnerships and contract negotiations to cost optimization and innovation-while leading a talented team of Category Managers. This highly visible role collaborates across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Distribution, and Quality Assurance to deliver exceptional products and value to our guests.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for key spend areas across the business.
• Build and maintain high-impact supplier partnerships that ensure quality, consistency, and competitive cost.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor commodity markets, and identify opportunities to mitigate inflationary risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new product development, limited-time offers, and menu innovation.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and lead regular business reviews to drive accountability.
• Coach and develop a team of four Category Managers, promoting continuous learning, curiosity, and results.
• Champion a culture of ownership, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in food commodity purchasing and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive results through others.
