This Position reports to:

Quality Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure design and delivery of internal and customer technical trainings. Each day, you will guarantee continuous planning for the Training function. You will also showcase your expertise by assigning proper instructors and classrooms for each scheduled course and by providing schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Mebane, NC.

You will be mainly accountable for:

* Ensures the effective execution of internal trainings related to factory business unit lines, systems, and/or services.
* Ensures continuous planning for the Training function by assigning proper trainers for each scheduled course and by providing schedule changes for other departments in case of overscheduling.
* Establishes pricing for courses and provides relevant date for use, if applicable.
* Selects, manages, and ensures proper training of outsourced trainers.
* Plans periodic training for internal trainers team to ensure imparting knowledge of latest technical environment and solutions.
* Maintains detailed record of the training courses attended by internal resources.
* Responsible to ensure excellent customer service and secure high level of customer satisfaction in their own area of responsibility.
* Ensures that relevant training related documents and any special equipment or customized devices needed are kept ready as per the standard procedures and made available for training sessions.
Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into effective training materials (manuals, videos, e-learning, etc.)

  • Minimum of 8 years in a training, learning & development, or supervisory capacity.

  • Strong computer skills including use of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities across all organizational levelsThis would be my suggestion for recommended requirements:
