Genesis10 is currently seeking an Instructional Designer/Facilitator with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learner retention Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audience and training needs Create a training outline and create content that matches it Use visuals throughout your eLearning modules, videos, and micro-learnings Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Responsible for working directly with Project/Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other team members to design, develop, and deliver training and development solutions using multiple delivery media, including but not limited to classroom instruction, eLearning, microlearning, video, job aids, power point and other related methods and techniques Create and deliver training Own the development and delivery of a program, end-to-end Work with internal Stakeholders and SMEs to develop specific marketing and system content for an organization Responsible for conducting the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of eLearning, classroom learning (live and virtual), blended learning, and informal learning Plan, organize, and develop training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific learning needs Work closely with subject matter experts to learn and understand needs Conduct needs assessments and training program design strategies to develop programs and curricula that are responsive to current business needs, multiple skill levels and learning theory Ensure that learning solutions align with organizational goals and priorities Work creatively to build an engaging curriculum using a variety of methods (eLearning, classroom, assessments, etc.) Apply instructional design theories, standards and best practices to produce effective learning and development solutions while maximizing quality and minimizing cost Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables according to approved project plans Manage relationships with key stakeholders to evaluate and assess the success of the delivered content Analyze training trends and business needs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance metrics Learn and apply new technologies to the design, development, and delivery of online learning, including audio, video and animation Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as required Requirements: Experience in the telecommunications industry Extensive experience using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Vyond, and the full Microsoft Suite Pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
