| Description What The Role Is The position is a key component to the Business Banking model and may serve as liaison between RM and customer. The RMA is involved in all lending and depository aspects of the relationship, in addition to coordinating relationships with other Lines of Businesses and/or subsidiaries. RMA will coordinate processes and documentation pertinent to the relationship in a fashion which complies with regulatory and bank policies. This is an on-site position. This position will also help with Executive administrative duties.  How You will Make an Impact 
  
 Prepare and review all account documentation pertinent to loans.Review loan files to ensure the completeness of the file, and that all collateral has been properly securedMaintain and clear all CIP, credit, insurance and policy exceptionsMaintain and prepare future maturitiesOpen/Close DDA, Savings and TD accounts - complete customer transactionsFile maintenance - address changes, CIP updates, check/check card orders, transfers, wires, etc.Coordinate loan renewal effortsFee refunds as approved by RMDiscover and communicate cross sell opportunitiesAssist with community outreach and business development activitiesEnter loan applications in ACTion with direction from RMProcess invoices and expense reportsCover phone calls and customer meetings as necessary and keep manager informed of all activities within departmentSet appointments for Loan Officers as neededPromote the bank's products and servicesBuild and maintain positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workersPerform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flowContribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goalsComply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulationsRemain current on all pertinent consumer lending and other financial institution-related laws and regulationsInteracts with a range of individuals, both within and outside the immediate team, to convey basic informationSome accountability for medium-term tasks and many recurring basic initiativesLimited use of judgment related to administrative issuesUnderstanding of support disciplineUnderstanding of straightforward, administrative, and/or other basic business services
