Position Summary The Extra Help Program/Student Advisor for TRIO Student Support Services provides intensive cognitive and non-cognitive foundations that support academic and personal achievement for a targeted population of undergraduate students in the TRIO Student Support Services program. The position leads program participants in overcoming barriers to success, encourages active engagement and inquiry-based learning, and institutes goal setting to achieve the goals of the grant. TRIO is a federally funded program that serves low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities. Duties & Responsibilities
