Description

The Executive Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination among the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This position requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The Executive Coordinator serves as a trusted liaison, managing critical information flow and providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Board, CEO, executive, and senior leaders. Bachelors (required)
  
High School or GED (required) Experience 
Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  
(required) 5+ years of similar or related experience required. Preferably in a financial services or credit union environment. (required) Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. (required) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. (required) Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. (required) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Board management software).
