Hours & Pay

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM | $18.00/hr

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM | $18.35/hr

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM | $18.50/hr

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Your Daily Responsibilities



  • Assemble products or components as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow and meet daily goals.
  • Follow established procedures and work assignments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas by sweeping and shoveling as needed.
  • Operate equipment safely, including forklifts and other machinery when required.
  • Assist in the production of wiring assemblies and related components.



What You'll Bring to the Team



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented team player who values quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods, with breaks provided.
  • Commitment to following safety policies and maintaining a positive work environment.
