Regulatory Data Specialist (Medical Device)

Location: Remote

Type: Contract


Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support our Regulatory Affairs team by collecting, organizing, and entering regulatory data related to medical device registrations into our Product Data Management System. The successful candidate will help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through system validation testing and by drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support long-term data integrity.


How You'll Make an Impact


  • Gather and consolidate regulatory data related to IVDR device registrations from both internal and external sources.



  • Enter and maintain data in the company's Product Data Management (PDM) system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.



  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to sustain long-term data accuracy and consistency.



  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data alignment and traceability.



  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, efficiency, and process optimization.




What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.



  • 1-2 years of experience in the medical device or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry highly preferred.



  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.



  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.



  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with product data management tools a plus.



The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
