Position Summary

The Network Administrator II is responsible for providing high-quality customer service. This is achieved through training, offering preventative solutions, assessing technical needs and metrics to provide strategic assessments and reports, and identifying, replicating, and troubleshooting to resolve customer network problems.

Role Requirements:

• Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Must possess a Security+ certification.
  • Must possess CCNA.
• Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and to make decisions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
• Meet have the following documentation available at time of in-processing:
  • Hepatitis B: Three shot series OR a positive titer.
  • Influenza: Current season.
  • MMR: Two-shot series OR a positive titer.
  • PPD: Two TB skin test at least one week apart but within 12 months OR a QFT/T-spot.
  • Tdap: One-time dose; then Td booster every ten (10) years.
  • Varicella: Two shot series OR a positive titer OR medical documentation of chickenpox diagnosis as a child.
