Your responsibilities
Job Summary tk accelis Materials Plus is looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator, who is passionate about continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and maintaining world-class quality standards. In this role, you'll help drive our Quality Management System (QMS), support audit activities, investigate quality issues, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.   • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Conduct internal quality audits and assist with customer, registrar, and compliance audits
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and returns
  • Investigate customer and vendor returns, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings and resolutions
  • Lead and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
  • Track and document quality issues, audit results, and corrective actions
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain visual management boards and quality documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, processes, and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Work safely in a warehouse environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (post-secondary education preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100/AS9120 quality standards
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Experience managing customer quality concerns, complaints, or returns
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internal Auditor Certification
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Customer-facing quality experience
  • Manufacturing, metals, or aerospace industry experience
Hiring Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, certifications, and overall fit for the role
