Job Summary

The Software QA Engineer will be a key member of the IT Applications team, focused on Salesforce and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce and other enterprise application platforms by designing and executing both automated and manual test plans.

Essential Functions

  • Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional, comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios.
  • Execute test plans and report defects using appropriate QA tools, ensuring traceability between business requirements/stories and test coverage.
  • Analyze, track, and report defects and support the resolution of production issues through root cause analysis and replication in test environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver backlog enhancements and project work in iterative release cycles.
  • Conduct ongoing testing and validation to maintain the stability and performance of integrated enterprise applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the broader QA and IT objectives.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). required
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation. required
  • Experience with API testing and validating system integrations with external platforms.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud is a strong plus.

The annual salary for this position is:

$90,000.00 to $110,000.00
