 Overview The role of the Director of Production Operations entails supervising diverse teams, projects, and initiatives within the IT department. This position involves contributing to strategic decisions at a senior level, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and exerting a significant impact across the organization. The director will assume responsibility for managing the maintenance and functionality of Cotiviti's enterprise- level applications. The team consists of Support Analysts, Support Managers and Engineers. They also interact with other technical, business and security teams to ensure delivery of excellent service to support Cotiviti enterprise level applications while adhering to the corporate security policy. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee the performance of external contractors engaged in project and development work. Effective collaboration with technical, business, and security teams is crucial to ensure the provision of exceptional service that supports Cotiviti's enterprise-level applications, all while adhering to corporate security policies Responsibilities

 Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 
 Base compensation ranges from $155,000 to $185,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
