Logistics Operations Associate II, RTS (Real Time Solutions) are responsible for the execution of logistics occurring in one of Niagara's geographic Supply Chain regions. This role is heavily focused on coordinating all logistics related activities that occur once a shipment is scheduled to ship to customers from Niagara/3PL warehouses. The Real Time Solutions team supports logistics needs for both internal and external customers such as Niagara shipping offices/warehouse staff, Customer Service, Production/deployment planning, Sales and Carriers. 
 Daily communication/coordination with customers, carriers, plants/3PLs related to the flow of shipments in/out of facilities including issue resolution and providing solutions in real time.Providing clear and proactive notifications to customers as it pertains to status of shipmentsFocus on avoiding costs as it pertains to but not limited to: RMA avoidance, carrier recoveries, customer fines, and accessorialsTrouble shooting system issues impacting orders that need to shipExperience with Four Kites, Oracle Service Cloud, WMS (E80, Manhattan, TMS, OTM) and EBSRescheduling shipments in customer scheduling portalsUpdating customer tracking documents in a timely mannerTracking critically identified shipments with ability to provide truck status to customer service representatives in a timely mannerEscalation to leadership team when appropriateBuilding relationships and collaborating with cross functional supply chain team to resolve issues and provide logistics related solutionsMiscellaneous operational reporting on regional team metricsWorking with Supervisor to maintain critical job relevant SOPsIdentifying and developing solutions for improvements in process and communication between departmentsTraining and providing support for new employeesPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
