The Common Hardware Group (CHG) delivers silicon, optics, and hardware platforms for Cisco's core Switching, Routing, and Wireless products. We design the networking hardware for Enterprises and Service Providers of various sizes, the Public Sector, and Non-Profit Organizations across the world. Your ImpactAs an experienced Mechanical Engineer you would be responsible for mechanical architecture, analyzing the technical specifications and system mechanical requirements to resolve the best approach, feasibility of schedule and cost constraints for mechanical system & thermal solutions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within Cisco by harnessing new testing technologies and methodologies. Provide outstanding support to external and internal customers, team members, and other persons and functional group through technical project collaboration. Self-motivated candidate that will lead and take ownership of assigned projects, exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, and can work well in a complementary team environment. You will lead the mechanical design for ToR chassis, Modular chassis, PCB board placement, system thermal solutions. Be involved in the component selection, assembly process definition in production, thru working together with manufacturing team. You will involve reliability testing, mainly for MDVT and EMI for design quality assurance Minimum Qualifications

Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
