What to Expect
 We are looking for an entry-level Compliance Support Analyst to assist in customer-related compliance activities. In this role, you'll monitor social media and feedback platforms to identify and triage issues, collaborating with teams in service, sales, collision, energy, full self-driving, vehicle, insurance, and other areas to facilitate efficient resolutions. You'll assist with general compliance tasks, including those related to service and collision, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced setting. This position offers opportunities for growth into more advanced compliance or CX responsibilities as you gain experience. 
 
What You'll Do
  - Monitor social media channels for negative sentiment, identify escalated issues, and route them to the appropriate teams (e.g., service, sales, or insurance) for prompt action
 - Review customer feedback from various platforms, assess the severity of concerns, determine escalation paths, and re-assign cases to relevant departments as needed
 - Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including service, sales, collision, energy, full self-driving, vehicle, and insurance, to gather information and facilitate resolutions
 - Assist in the technical integration of tools and platforms used for data collection, ensuring seamless functionality and data accuracy
 - Assist in partnership with AI specialists and engineers to develop and refine systems that analyze customer data, supporting informed business decisions such as process improvements or predictive escalation models
 - Analyze trends in customer feedback and social media to recommend improvements in processes or training for internal teams, leveraging integrated data insights
 - As needed, assist cross-functional teams with interactions, escalations, integrations, and outcomes in the customer experience cycle to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
 - Support other compliance related activities to ensure Sales, Service, Collision and IT meet internal and external requirements
 
   
 
What You'll Bring
  - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Customer Service, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
 - Customer service, concierge, or escalation management roles, with at least one year of experience
 - Understanding social media monitoring tools, feedback platforms, CRM systems, and data integration tools; basic understanding of AI-driven analytics or system development processes
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm under pressure; ability to collaborate across teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities
 - Experience in industries like automotive, energy, or insurance and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., machine learning for sentiment analysis) or escalation protocols; project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or bilingual abilities if serving diverse customer bases is a plus
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to cover peak customer interaction times
