The Financial Analyst supports global Corporate FP&A processes. As a member of the finance team, this individual will work cross functionally to support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes and support ongoing financial forecasting and planning activities.

This position reports to Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of performance against historical, budgeted and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of annual and strategic plans.

  • Maintain monthly forecast files including documenting processes and updating as needed to support management.

  • Maintain FP&A financial models and standard templates used in planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic reviews.

  • Support the planning processes through communication and follow-up regarding deadlines and deliverables from corporate functions and regional finance managers.

  • Provide finance partner support for corporate functional leaders including plan preparation, forecast updates and related analysis.

  • Coordinate global productivity consolidation and analysis.

  • Consolidate monthly leading indicators reporting for regions and management.

  • Provide Corporate cash flow forecasts and prepare top-level cash flow analytics.

  • Prepare quarterly financial support for earnings releases.

  • Support various internal and external investor relations presentations.

  • Provide support for daily sales reporting across the company.

  • Respond to ad-hoc internal and external information requests.

Required Qualifications

  • BS / BBA in Finance or related BS/BA degree. MBA/MS is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate / regional Financial Analyst role or similar

  • Experience with Hyperion / HFM or BPC applications required

  • Experience researching, retrieving, organizing, and summarizing data to prepare reports and financial analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to various levels of management.

  • Ability to work independently and find solutions within a complex organization.

  • Strong database query skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Travel: less than 10%

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.

  • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.

  • Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
