ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentShape deals and qualified opportunities, ensuring alignment with Vexcel's strategic outlook and resource mix.Manage the pipeline for RFI/RFQ/RFP solicitations, collaborating with proposal managers and internal teams to respond to opportunities.Lead and manage the contracting processes across a matrixed group to ensure compliance as well as timely contract execution to support delivery and performance.Engage with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Chief Executive-level executives).Prevent and manage escalated situations through strategic and targeted communications with stakeholders and deliver difficult messages as needed.Collaborate with Delivery Program Executives to drive organic growth.Contracting & ComplianceManage complex contract negotiations, including NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, and compliance documentation.Ensure adherence to project compliance standards, including confidentiality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with legal, finance, and delivery teams to structure contracts and mitigate risks.Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship ManagementEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, government clients, and partners.Lead bi-weekly and monthly status calls, program reviews, and cross-team alignment meetings.Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft sellers, account teams, and partners to drive business growth.Knowledge Management & MentorshipFacilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members on business development, contracts, and obligation management.Maintain and update business development collateral and proposal resources for the team.Other Embody our culture and values
