We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager who's ready to make an impact by championing the performance, reliability, and regulatory integrity of our messaging and compliance products. In this role, you'll monitor performance, manage compliance operations, and collaborate across internal and external partners to ensure T-Mobile's messaging ecosystem meets industry standards and ethical guidelines. You'll help shape how our messaging products perform, scale, and remain compliant - ensuring our partners and customers experience the Un-carrier difference with confidence and trust. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
