Description and Requirements

As the Corporate Strategic Alliance Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the VP, Corporate Strategic Alliance and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks and actions, that will enable our leadership to drive the business forward effectively and quickly. From data analysis to preparation of reports and recommendations, you will manage coordination between departments, stakeholders and partners building and leading our business management system.

You will operate as a key component in our management team's effectiveness by contributing on: Strategy formation and its implementation, business insights and analytics combined with key stakeholder management, enabling the executive team to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

This is not an administrative role - it is a highly strategic and facilitative position that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, operational, and communicative role. The role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, self-motivation, alongside strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This position will also have strong partner orientation. The requirement is to master and understanding of partner strategy, the value we can deliver, making trade-offs that ultimately differentiate us from the competition in the eyes of the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key projects, in addition to a clear definition of what success looks like for each of these projects.
  • Establish and maintain a business management system, including the management of staff agendas and meetings.
  • Track key strategic actions, drive them to closure and managing the process of tracking and communicating performance against objectives.
  • Serve as the key interface to the Corporate Strategic Alliances office for external groups (i.e. customer and partners) as well as internal business groups.
  • Collaborate with the extended leadership team and partners to operationalize plans to achieve the financial targets.
  • Support the Corporate Strategic Alliances leader in their day-to-day activities (presentations to customers, executives and other external audiences, preparation for critical meetings and business reviews)
  • Champion the use of AI and Digital Transformation within the Alliances organization

Basic Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements candidates must meet to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or executive support roles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and executive-level communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Preferred Qualifications

These are desirable attributes that will help differentiate top candidates:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Strategy, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or strategic business management role within a global organization.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, GSI/Consultancy strategy, and alliance management.
  • Experience with AI and digital transformation initiatives, especially in partner-facing environments.
  • Certification from the Chief of Staff Association or similar leadership development programs. [www.csa.org]
  • High emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across executive teams.
  • Experience with strategic planning frameworks and performance tracking systems.
