The team member in this role will work in manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Tasks will be assigned by the Production Supervisor based on production needs and must be performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drums.
* Fill containers manually using a hose and valve from a holding tank or tote.
* Lift and place 1.5-gallon bottles (various box sizes) or smaller into boxes, adding inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping.
* Place caps or pumps by hand on production lines.
* Operate an ultrasonic welder to seal caps as needed.
* Palletize items at the end of production lines.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
* Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
* Ability to perform repetitive bending and stretching.
* Proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), in compliance with all safety policies. Contact lenses are not permitted while on duty.

* Ability to apply analytical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving to daily tasks.

* Competence in solving high school-level mathematical problems.
* Possession of the functional and technical knowledge required to perform job duties effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
