The Product Operations Analyst is an experienced level position in the professional Analyst series. The position is accountable for the management of shared service processes that support the Corporate Product department.

Our Product Operations Analysts Team:
- Plans, analyzes, creates, and processes supplier stock rotations/scrap in a timely and accurate manner by working closely with both Operations and the Product Department.
- Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with suppliers ensuring all aspects of the rotation transactions are handled in a professional, ethical, and timely manner resulting in TTI being viewed as the distributor of choice.
- Performs the analysis and resolution of ship and debit rejects.
- Processes and applies cost and quantity adjustments requested by the Product Department. Uses mathematical skills and applies logic to determine new cost of on-hand inventory. These include but are not limited to price protections, PRCD's, write-offs, etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide analytical support, and create and document data processes and policies that streamline operations, reduces cost, and enhance service quality.
- Oversee data collection processes, database management, and storage solutions while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Evaluate and implement data management tools and reports to derive insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with suppliers and Corporate Product Management to optimize lead times and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with Product and Marketing to strategically align with business initiatives.
- Lead shared service related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to business objectives.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Product Operations Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Three to five years of applicable work experience with TTI products and systems knowledge preferred.
