We're looking for a Lead Mechanic to join our team and help drive performance, safety, and efficiency across our production and facilities operations. Shift: 7:30a-4:30p at a 24/7 Continuous Operations Facility Who we are... Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair production and facility equipment. Lead and support maintenance personnel during your shift, spending 85% of your time on the floor. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards. Coordinate schedules, resources, and shift handovers to maintain maximum output. Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements. Train and mentor team members, providing feedback and technical guidance. Utilize SAP and other systems to track maintenance activities and generate reports. Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. What you'll need... High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment with Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others. Advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and OPS machinery (Thermoforming/Extrusion). Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and production software. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Preferred Experience: Leading to LEAN (L2L) Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Tool Prior training or supervisory experience For our facilities openings, we prefer candidates with previous experience with heating, cooling, HVAC, plumbing Ready to lead from the floor and make an impact?
