We've partnered with our client in Woodland Hills, CA who is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant. This position requires travel and a valid driver's license in the state of California. 1-year contract Responsibilities: Provide daily personal and administrative support to an executive. Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and task lists. Handle time-sensitive changes and prioritize responsibilities accordingly. Draft emails, manage communications, and handle confidential information. Coordinate with service providers, property managers, and vendors. Oversee maintenance and administrative tasks for personal and rental properties. Assist with personal tasks such as expense tracking, vehicle maintenance, home organization, and pet care. Support planning and execution of various personal and business-related projects. Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tools like Asana. Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation as needed. Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track. May assist with onboarding, training, and coordination of household or support staff. Qualifications: Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant required; bachelor's degree preferred. Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools. Able to multitask and manage priorities independently. Flexible availability, including occasional weekends. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
