Duties include planning and executing a specific project plan, delivering quality products and services to the client in a timely manner, managing project financials, and serving as the primary contact between the SSR project team and the client. The Cx Project Manager I ensures that projects are executed according to the plan and is responsible for the results of assigned projects (total Project Success). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  
 Completes the project scope and requirements with the client and other stakeholders and communicates project scope and requirements to the project teamPrepares and implements a proactive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for projectsOversees the profitability of the project by negotiating fees and contracts as may be appropriate, participating in the budgeting process, and ensuring that invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely mannerIdentifies, negotiates, and administers fees for additional servicesSchedules work, communicates schedule information to the project team, and monitors manpower requirementsFacilitates communication between the client and the project team; documents important issuesCoordinates activities of the project team and contractors during the design and construction phasesPerforms project job site visits to investigate field conditions, monitor progress, and ensure conformance to design specifications, owner expectations, and building codes during constructionPerforms specific engineering studies and other design analyses using industry softwareCoordinates with other disciplines to determine equipment needs, implement operating procedures, and provide technical informationMonitors accounts receivables on projects and initiates corrective action as neededSupervises the job close out process to ensure documentation, lessons learned, and filings are completeMay participate in planning and budgeting processes, which includes preparing monthly billing projections and budget metrics as required by managementMay assist management in the training and mentoring of less experienced colleagues within the Cx group

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldFive years related project experienceProfessional Engineer Licensure preferred
