In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in executing cutting-edge research studies, directly influencing the development of next-generation products that resonate globally. **Your Impact:**

As a vital member of a collaborative research team, you will contribute to both applied and basic research projects, focusing on perception and human interaction with products. You will be the face of the team for visiting subjects, guiding them through testing processes and ensuring a professional yet personable experience. This role offers the unique opportunity to directly impact the evolution of innovative footwear, apparel, and equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Execute research projects following established protocols and methodologies, contributing to both applied and basic research.

* Conduct studies under the guidance of perception scientists, ensuring precision and adherence to scientific standards.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for research subjects, fostering a positive and engaging testing environment.

* Become proficient with specialized research tools utilized for perception research.

* Collaborate closely with a team of fellow researchers, contributing to a shared understanding of human perception and product interaction.

* Deliver actionable performance insights that inform and inspire technologically advanced product development.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's Degree in science, psychology, behavior, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in product testing or a related research capacity.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively and interact positively with research subjects.

* Exceptional people skills, with the ability to balance professionalism with a personable approach.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to precisely follow instructions.

* Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience (What Will Make You Stand Out):**

* A background in either sensory testing or human research.

* Experience performing research specifically with human subjects.

* A clinical background.
